How do I get help with my energy bills?
Eligible households can get help with their energy bills from 1 July 2023 through the Energy Bill Relief Fund. State and territory governments are administering the bill relief. What if I participate in the Energy Assistance Program?
If you participate in the Energy Assistance program, you will be provided with information and advice tailored to your household’s needs. Additional support may include support to contact your retailer – or other services – by phone on your behalf.
Who is eligible for the energy bill relief fund?
