What should I do if I have symptoms?

Monitor your symptoms. If you are concerned about your symptoms, call your doctor. If you can’t contact your doctor, use the online Service Finder to find one near you or call Healthdirect on 1800 022 222 (free and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week). If symptoms become severe, call Triple Zero (000) immediately.

What should I do if I'm Sick?

Keep your hands clean and away from your face. Wash your hands with soap and water often for at least 20 seconds. This is especially important to do after being in close contact or in the same room as the sick person. If soap and water aren't nearby, use a hand sanitizer that has at least 60% alcohol. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.

What should I do if I don't have symptoms?

Try to stay away from people in your household. If you have symptoms, stay home and in a separate room from others. If you don't have symptoms, you don't need to stay home and away from others (quarantine). As you or your loved one gets better, seek support. Stay connected to others through texts or phone or video calls.
