Guided Meditation for those who would like to practice mindfulness and gain a greater understanding of themselves. These classes are offered via Zoom and are 1 hour in length. They are by donation ($15-$20 suggested donation).

You may be asked to focus on relaxing a part of your body such as your toes or the instructor may have you focus on a specific object. Beginners: If you’ve never meditated before, this type of meditation is a great place to start.
